Recycling Memories, LLC strives to work with quality manufacturers and create your item(s) to the best of our ability and to your vision and approval. Due to the nature of customization, we are unable to accept altered and personalized items for returns or refund payments.
However if an item arrives damaged, please contact us so we may have the opportunity to resolve any issues. If our Team determines a return or exchange is warranted, a small service charge may be applied to your return.
If the packing slip is no longer available, call us to discuss your return so that we can be ready to receive the items properly. Please return the item(s) via a traceable or insured method to prevent the package from being lost in the mail. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
Defective Items: If there is a problem with your order, please contact customer service within 14 (fourteen) days of the original order date. While we will do everything within our power to ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. Replacement items will be shipped using the same method as the original order.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Please review your order information carefully to ensure Recycling Memories LLC has the correct shipping information. Packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process may be subject to additional charges so your item can be delivered to the proper location.
Undeliverable orders include but are not limited to: orders for which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, instances in which the customer is not available for delivery, orders for which the customer fails to provide a P.O Box or full physical address, and instances where the order is refused by the customer.
